About the event
Mardi will share one of her favorite menus with us. She prepares this for many outings and occasions. Our Menu: Grilled Chicken Nicoise Salad with New Potatoes, Roasted Red Peppers, Hard-Cooked Eggs, Grilled Asparagus, and Shrimp served with Lemon Aioli and drizzled with French Vinaigrette. Lemon Soufflé will be for dessert along with a glass of wine.
