About the event
Mardi will teach us to prepare both Corn and Flour Tortillas using a tortilla press, and comal. We will also learn to make some delicious Bolillos and Roasted Green Chili Butter. (Ours may not quite match Elizabeth's beautiful tortilla, but with practise......)
