About the event
We are thrilled to introduce our interactive "Make and Take" sausage-making class! During this session, you'll learn how to make Italian Sausage, Bratwurst, Cajun Andouille, and Spanish Chorizo. Mardi and Bob will demonstrate their preferred recipes and methods for crafting each type. Participants will go home with approximately two pounds of fresh, homemade sausage to savor. Don't miss this special chance to dive into the tasty world of sausages!
