About the event
We are excited to announce our hands-on "Make and Take" sausage-making class! In this session, we will cover Italian Sausage, Bratwurst, Cajun Andouille, and Spanish Chorizo. Mardi and Bob will share their favorite recipes and techniques for preparing each variety. Participants will leave with about two pounds of fresh, homemade sausage to enjoy at home.
