The class begins with a tangy and bright Piccata Sauce, perfect for adding zest to your dishes. Next, you’ll make a rich and earthy Mushroom Sauce, followed by a fresh and vibrant Cherry Tomato and Basil Sauce. We’ll also explore the robust flavors of a Rosemary Port Sauce, the subtle heat of a creamy Jalapeno Sauce, and the sweet, citrusy notes of an Orange Sauce.
