It's Hatch Chile season, and there's no better time to immerse yourself in the flavors of these beloved green chiles! Join us for a culinary adventure where you'll learn how to prepare a mouthwatering menu featuring the vibrant and smoky taste of Hatch chiles. We'll start by crafting a Fire Roasted Green Chile Salsa served with crispy chips, perfect for sharing with friends or family. Then, you'll enjoy a refreshing Mixed Greens Salad with a zesty Lime Vinaigrette, followed by Roast Pepper & Nopalitos that highlight the earthy, robust flavors of the Southwest. The star of the class will be our Hatch Green Chile Soufflés, light and fluffy with just the right amount of heat, showcasing the versatility of these unique chiles. Finally, we'll cool things down with a duo of refreshing desserts—Prickly Pear and Avocado Sorbets—that perfectly balance sweet and savory.
