About the event
Come learn to prepare these 3 classic and delicious soups. We will make Escarole Soup with Meatballs and Potatoes, French Onion, Leek and Potato, and White Bean and Garlic Soup. These soups make can also be made vegetarian with a few simple changes. They are healthy, tasty, and easy to prepare, with a little advance prep. We will also enjoy them with a Mixed Green Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette, Rosemary Bread, and Sweet Anise Pound Cake for dessert
