Come learn to prepare a fabulous Mediterranean style meal. We will learn to prepare a complete meal of Zucchini with Goat Cheese appetizers, Grilled Lamb Kebabs with Pomegranate Molasses, Roasted Red Peppers with Preserved Lemons, Arugula, Fennel, and Orange Salad and Olive Oil Yogurt Cake with Lemon Glaze for dessert.
