How to Season Food
This class is all about seasonings
and herbs. We will make sautéed chicken breasts with an herbed beurre
blanc sauce , and seven different compound butters. Our objective is
to learn how to season food using
dried spices and herbs. We will cover common Italian, French, Mexican
and Asian spices and herbs
