Cooking for two can be challenging, especially on Thanksgiving.
Mardi will teach us to prepare a beautiful Rolled Turkey Breast Stuffed
with Italian Sausage and Served with a Fresh Orange and Port Wine Sauce.
We will also prepare Roasted Root Vegetables, Pear and Arugula Salad with
Balsamic Vinaigrette, and for dessert; Julia's Rustic Apple Tart
