Tucson's most fun and informative cooking school is
open and cooking! Our goal for our culinary classes
is to create, encourage and inspire passionate cooks!
Our instructors are friendly, helpful and want you
to learn in a casual and fun setting, "Tucson style".
Almost every class comprises a full meal and,
of course, we always eat what we cook!
We are the only school in Tucson and our
classes are taught by a working, professional Chef.
This provides a terrific benefit for our students.
In our classes you will receive; all the recipes,
friendly instruction, and we love to answer your questions.
We use only the freshest ingredients,
(organic and locally grown when possible)
You will learn classic cooking techniques but we
also will show you some shortcuts when we can.

Kid's classes are every Thursday after school for our younger
culinary students. Please call to enroll.

Our cooking school is presently conducting most
of our culinary classes in our
home
in Oro Valley, Arizona.
This
allows us access to two kitchens, one inside
and our al fresco, French country kitchen, and a
beautiful patio to try out our creations!
Each is an intimate setting to assure you will be
able to see and hear and receive individual attention.
