Our Thrill of the Grill series is a summer filled with
 classes of great grilling tips and hands
 on experience. Couple this with the wonderful
recipes you will receive and you will learn skills
and tricks that will last a lifetime!
 

 
Session 1: HAMBURGERS AND SHROOMS
In session one of our Thrill of the Grill series, we will teach you the
truth about burgers.  How to cook them just the way you want and
how to prep your grill. Discover the secret to buying safe and fabulous ground beef (or how to make your own). You will also learn to grill
Garlic Tomatoes, Portobello Mushrooms and Mexican Grilled Corn.
Other recipes include:
Compound Butters and Persian Koubideh.
 
Session 2:   GREAT GRILLED CHICKEN
In Session two of our grilling series we will learn to grill juicy, moist
chicken! Our recipes include; Brined Chicken Thighs and Legs with
Citrus Marinade, Stuffed Grilled Chicken Breasts, Grilled Vegetables
with Balsamic Vinaigrette, and a Grilled Baba Ganoush Appetizer.
To complete our grilled feast: Green salad with vinaigrette and grilled fruit.
 
Session 3:  Great Grilled Pizza & Flatbread

In session three we will grill Pizzas, Flatbreads, and an assortment of
grilled fresh vegetables including onions, garlic, tomatoes, and mushrooms. We will each build our own pizza using the grilled vegetables, fresh herbs
and cheeses. We will grill some spicy chicken wings for an appetizer and
to complete our meal; green salad with vinaigrette and grilled fruit for dessert.

 

Session 4:  Great Grilled Fish

This week we learn to prepare great grilled fish, including fillets, steaks,
and whole fresh fish. We will enjoy our fish with an appetizer of Shrimp
Sliders, Grilled Artichokes, Grilled Garlic Bread, a mixed green salad with
vinaigrette and grilled fruit for dessert
 
Session 5:  STEAKS
This week we learn to prepare perfect grilled Pepper Steaks, Marinated
Peaches, Roasted Red Peppers on Grilled Bread and more!
