Tilapia is almost always available in our markets and is an
extremely versatile fish. We will prepare Chili Rubbed Tilapia, Tilapia
with Macadamia Nut Butter, Tilapia Provencal Style, Tilapia with
Prosciutto & Sage, and Pan Seared Tilapia with Chile-Lime Butter. Our menu
will also include Salad Greens with Lemon-Thyme Vinaigrette, Rice Pilaf,
and Peach Pie in a
Goblet for dessert!
