PRICKLY PEAR WORKSHOP

to be very healthful and
high in anti-oxidents.

When frozen,
it lasts many months
for use at a moment's
notice. (we love it
in Lemonade or as sorbet)

In this hands-on class we
will show  you how to harvest the
fruits and prepare the Tunas (fruits)
from the Prickly Pear Cactus.
We will make Prickly Pear jelly,
juice, and Prickly Pear liqueur.
You will also learn to can this
wonderful, ubiquitous fruit!

to take home.
