Mardi will take the mystery out of planning, prepping, cooking and serving this delicious holiday meal. It really is easy to prepare! She will prepare: Roast Prime Rib with Au Jus and Horseradish Sauce, Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed Green Beans, Blue Cheese, Pear, and Walnut Salad,
and Chocolate Soufflés for dessert!

Everyone should learn to make Huevos Rancheros, a classic Southwestern breakfast dish. We will enjoy ours with Red Chile Sauce, Mesquite Muffins, Olga’s Salsa, Refried Beans, Flour Tortillas, and Fresh Fruit. Mardi will demonstrate the tastiest ways to prepare all these authentic Tucson specialties. All of our Southwestern favorites classes include Ice Tea, Prickly Pear Lemonade, and Ice Water.

Come learn how to add a little Tucson Style to your Christmas Eve Celebration. We will learn to prepare some scrumptious dishes that will enhance your holiday celebrations! Or recipes include: Posole (Pork and Hominy Stew), Cheese Enchiladas, Multi-Layered Salad, Bollilos,
(Mexican Yeast Rolls), with  Pumpkin Empanadas, and Polvorones, (Mexican Wedding Cookies), for dessert.

Our dinner menu for class is Spaghetti and Meatballs with Marinara Sauce, Antipasto Salad, with Chocolate Cake for Dessert!  We will learn how to measure and use different cooking techniques in each class, and have
lots of fun!

Sausage Making Workshop

Location: 1060 West Magee Road

Come and expand your culinary knowledge with the addition of sausage making! We will make Italian Sausage, Bratwurst, Country Breakfast Sausage and Cajun Andouille Sausage, and Mexican Chorizo.  There are many different ways to prepare each type of sausage and Mardi and Bob
will share their favorite recipes for each type. You do not need special equipment to make sausage, it can be done by hand. We will use our stand mixer (with attachments) and our hands to make our sausages and enjoy them with a Mixed Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, Rosemary Bread, and Chocolate Pannini for dessert! Sausages are excellent for gift giving!

Mardi will demonstrate how to prepare a delicious four course Italian
themed dinner served with three wines. Our menu includes: Fig and Gongonzola Crostini, Roasted Beet Carpaccio, Pork Picatta, Linguine
with Arugula-Pecan Pesto, Lemon Green Beans, with Double Chocolate Soufflés for dessert!

Cuisine Classique classes include a full meal, recipes and
