Au Jus and Horseradish Sauce, Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed Green Beans,
Blue Cheese, Pear, and Walnut Salad,
and Chocolate Soufflés for dessert!

make Huevos Rancheros, a classic Southwestern breakfast dish. We will
enjoy ours with Red Chile Sauce, Mesquite Muffins, Olga’s Salsa, Refried
Beans, Flour Tortillas, and Fresh Fruit. Mardi will demonstrate the
tastiest ways to prepare all these authentic Tucson specialties. All of
our Southwestern favorites classes include Ice Tea, Prickly Pear
Lemonade, and Ice Water.

Multi-Layered Salad, Bollilos,
(Mexican Yeast Rolls), with Pumpkin Empanadas, and Polvorones,
(Mexican Wedding Cookies), for dessert. |

Come and expand your culinary knowledge with the
addition of sausage making! We will make Italian Sausage, Bratwurst,
Country Breakfast Sausage and Cajun Andouille Sausage, and Mexican
Chorizo. There are many different ways to prepare each type of sausage
and Mardi and Bob
will share their favorite recipes for each type. You do not need special
equipment to make sausage, it can be done by hand. We will use our stand
mixer (with attachments) and our hands to make our sausages and enjoy them
with a Mixed Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, Rosemary Bread, and
Chocolate Pannini for dessert! Sausages are excellent for gift giving! |
