Enjoy a taste of Tucson with these fabulous Shrimp Enchiladas, Pico de Gallo with Tortilla Chips, Cucumber and Red Onion Salad, Flour Tortillas, and Prickly Pear Sorbet for dessert. Mardi designed this class for those who celebrate Thanksgiving in a small but elegant way. We will make Roast Turkey Breast with Italian Sausage Stuffing, and Port Sauce, Roasted Root Vegetables, Pear and Arugula Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Rustic Apple Tart for dessert. These recipes can be easily multiplied.

Make Your Own Thanksgiving Favorites

In this class Mardi and the kids will make Roast Turkey with Stuffing, Smashed Potatoes and Gravy, Corn Pudding, and Pumpkin Pie!

Mardi will teach us to prepare her version of Bouillabaisse, the classic
French fish soup/stew. We will learn to prepare Fish Stock, Rouille, and Fresh Mussels and Clams. Then bring them all together to make delicious Bouillabaisse. Served with a Mixed Green Salad, and Garlic Toast, with Double Chocolate Soufflés for dessert, we will create a very memorable meal that you will be able to make again and again

Come and learn to prepare some Tucson Favorites at this fun and informal lunch class. Mardi will make her 3 Bar C Quesadillas with Cheese, Chili, and Chicken, Tomatillo Salsa and Chips, Orange and Red Onion Salad, Flour Tortillas, and Tres Leches Cake for Dessert. All our Southwestern Favorites classes include your choice of Iced Tea, Prickly Pear Lemonade, or water to enjoy with your lunch.

Teen Chefs Homemade Pasta Class

This is a class for teens, ages 13-18. We will make our own Pasta and enjoy it with Sauce and Meatballs, Green salad with Vinagrette, Chocolate Cake, and Strawberry Lemonade.

Session Six: Sausage Making  (Repeat)

Location: 1060 West Magee Road

We expand our culinary knowledge with the addition of sausage making!
We will make Italian Sausage, Bratwurst, Country Breakfast Sausage and Cajun Andouille Sausage, and Mexican Chorizo.  There are many different ways to prepare each type of sausage and Mardi and Bob will share their favorite recipes for each type. You do not need special equipment to make sausage, it can be done by hand. We will use our stand mixer (with attachments) and our hands to make our sausages and enjoy them
with a Mixed Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, Rosemary Bread,
and Chocolate Pannini for dessert!
