Girls gone wild in the kitchen, with one roast chicken, and six sauces!
Oh the possibilities! Mardi will show you how to prepare six quick
sauces for roast chicken that you and your families will love!
These sauce recipes are perfect for market roast “take-home” chickens.
She will also suggest vegetables, salads and desserts for each chicken
and sauce; one class six meals! Bring a friend to enjoy the roast chicken, sauces, steamed vegetables, mixed green salad, bread, wine, and dessert!

menu for breakfast, lunch, or brunch!

with a Tucson twist!. It's not nearly as time consuming as a French Cassoulet. Don't worry we won't be cooking all night. Mardi will teach us how to prepare the cassoulet in stages. Come and enjoy this cassoulet
with a Mixed Green Salad with Roasted Beets & Walnuts, Herb & Lemon Goat Cheese on Baguette, and Chocolate Pound Cake with Chocolate Sauce for Dessert, and three delicious wines.

Family Cooking Class: Gingerbread Spook house!

Bring the family and enjoy a memory making Saturday afternoon, creating your own Gingerbread Spook house to enjoy for Halloween! We will provide the gingerbread houses, candy, cereal, frostings, and equipment to make a spooky masterpiece!
Snacks, lemonade, ice tea, and water included.
One house is provided per family.

Teen Chef’s Class: Pizza

Mardi will show us how to prepare our favorite food, PIZZA! We will make
the dough, toppings, and sauce for our pizzas, along with Mixed Green Salad with Italian vinaigrette, and Brownies for dessert. This is a relaxed class focusing on our enjoyment of food and cooking. We prepare our recipes then sit down and enjoy dining and socializing.
