Tilapia is almost always available in our markets and is an extremely versatile fish. We will prepare Chili Rubbed Tilapia, Tilapia with Macadamia Nut Butter, Tilapia Provencal Style, Tilapia with Prosciutto & Sage, and Pan Seared Tilapia with Chile-Lime Butter. Our menu will also include
Salad Greens with Lemon-Thyme Vinaigrette, Rice Pilaf, and Peach
Pie in a Goblet for dessert!

Each class features recipes from different regions of Italy.
You will learn the skills necessary to create these wonderful
meals in our hands on classes. When we are finished, we will
sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labor! It's the next best
thing to being there!

Green Beans with Walnut Vinaigrette
