This week we will celebrate Italy's version of Mardi Gras;
 Carnavale!
Each class features recipes from different regions of Italy.
You will learn the skills necessary to create these wonderful
meals in our hands on classes. When we are finished, we will
sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labor! It's the next best
thing to being there!

Bagna Cauda
Stuffed Shells
Fennel and Red Onion Salad
Carrots with Marsala Wine
